Mass Index or BMI is a commonly used formula to determine
the ratio of weight to height.
Based upon this objective
measurement, an assessment can be made about an individual’s
weight. There are several classifications which describe healthy
to super obese ranges. The severity of obesity and its associated
health risks coincide with BMI values.
